PD Consulting Services Ltd. was set up in 1997, to offer business advice to small & medium sizes businesses by our three founding consultants, who had first met in the 1970s when they were junior managers in a publicly quoted group of companies. They each achieved Board positions before they decided that their abilities were better used in an organisation which they controlled themselves.
In 1985 they purchased a loss making company which they “turned round” and later sold.
Since then they have continued to operate as Executive Directors in companies that they own and thus offer a very practical perspective on business advice to clients, without the need to sell to them aggressively
Each of the three is qualified in his own discipline and it is this combination of practical and formal experience which sets PDCS apart.
It is because we operate in our own companies that we understand the day to day problems.
It is because we have had to raise money from Venture Capitalists that we know what is required.
It is because we have pitched to blue-chip companies for major accounts that we know the form

It is because we have represented our own companies at Industrial Tribunals we understand the difficulties of employing staff.
